Assembly Operator (Production / Repack) – Full-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our warehouse production team in Oklahoma City. This role supports repack operations, ensures product quality, maintains inventory accuracy, and follows strict cleanliness and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform repack/assembly tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all work meets Code of Federal Regulations guidelines and company standards
- Complete accurate documentation before, during, and after each job
- Maintain sufficient materials to prevent downtime
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure accuracy
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Handle bottles, caps, and packaging components during repack activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable using computers and learning company software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect products visually and physically
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks (opening/closing containers of various sizes)
- Basic understanding of inventory processes (FIFO preferred)
