Assembly Line Inspector – Full-Time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Department: Warehouse (Production/Repack)
Reports To: Warehouse Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Line Inspector to join our production team in Oklahoma City. This role works closely with Assembly Operators to ensure all repack processes meet quality, regulatory, and company standards. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is dependable, and is committed to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with Code of Federal Regulations and company standards
- Work collaboratively with Assembly Operators to promote quality and timely completion of repack jobs
- Monitor production to ensure materials and workflow remain efficient and uninterrupted
- Maintain proper quantities of materials during production to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace before and after each job
- Assess materials, packaging, and components for quality and accuracy
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable working with computers and willing to learn company software
- Strong ability to visually and physically inspect products for quality
- Ability to handle bottles and caps of various sizes (opening and closing)
- Basic understanding of inventory practices (FIFO preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
