Shift: Second Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding and assist with fabrication of steel frames and building components
- Operate tools such as grinders, scrapers, welding hoods, and gougers
- Follow all welding procedures, blueprints, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in company training programs and adhere to policies
- Support team production goals and complete additional assigned duties
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or experience with MIG welding (preferred)
- Experience with plasma cutting or oxy-acetylene torch is a plus
- Welding certifications are helpful but not required
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Education & Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of fractions)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods
