OnTrack Staffing has partnered with our client in on their search for a Warehouse Cycle Counter
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate an order picker to locate and move inventory
- Pack and prepare small parcel orders for shipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all inventory and order fulfillment tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Meet productivity goals in a performance-driven setting
Skills Needed:
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control
- Order picker (cherry picker) experience required
- Experience with packing and shipping small parcel orders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-monitored environment
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: HS Diploma or GED
- Work Experience: 3 years
