Manufacturing & Production Roles – Fort Worth, TX
Our client is expanding and seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join their Fort Worth team. Multiple openings are available across production and operations for candidates ready to build a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Positions:
- General Labor
- Welder
- Robot Operator
- Powder Coater
- Forklift Operator
Pay:
$17.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on position and experience)
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Overtime availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Perform welding and metal fabrication (welding roles)
- Run robotic welding and automated systems
- Apply powder coating finishes to metal components
- Operate forklifts to transport materials safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (role-dependent)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
