OnTrack Staffing is looking for Machine Operators in Del Valle, TX. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks to meet production standards. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Temp to hire position!
Machine Operator Available Shift
- Monday-Friday 7am-3:10pm $16 hourly pay rate
Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:
- Review “Job Board” prior to running production.
- Attend to molding press and associated equipment (or assembly equipment) per company safety, quality and production requirements.)
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Perform tasks associated with production line operations, including material handling and assembly.
- Follow established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to meet production goals.
- Conduct equipment set-up, calibration, and routine maintenance as required.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication one-on-one and small group settings and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to stand for an entire shift
- Must be able to work in non-climate controlled facility
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
