Janitorial / General Labor Worker
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18 hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and flexible worker to support our facility with janitorial, housekeeping, and general labor tasks. This role requires someone who is detail?oriented, able to perform physical work, and comfortable adapting to different assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
- Paint designated areas as assigned
- Wipe down machines and equipment to remove dust
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
- Assist with parking lot cleaning and outdoor upkeep
- Rearrange furniture for various setups, events, or operational needs
- Operate and drive a floor scrubber safely and effectively
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend work if needed
- Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor is helpful but not required
- Ability to operate a scrubber or willingness to learn
