General Laborers 3rd Shift
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $17 hour
Schedule: Sunday-Friday 9pm-6am must be available for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight, pallets, and merchandise from shipping trailers to the dock.
- Pick, pack, and stage products according to exact customer orders.
- Accurately stack boxes onto pallets safely, ensuring correct item rotation and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by clearing debris, shrinking wrapping goods, and keeping the cold storage facility free of hazards.
- Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and assist warehouse machinery operators as needed.
Requirements & Physical Demands
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor in temperatures ranging from -05° F to 34° F (proper PPE like thermal coats and gloves are usually required).
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift repetitively for the duration of your shift.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly attentive to detail to ensure no shipping errors or product damage.
