Forklift Operator (stand-up reach)
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $19 hour
Schedule: Weekend shift: Friday-Monday night and day 12- hour shifts. Must be flexible to train Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate stand-up reach, sit-down, and dock stocker forklifts to maneuver and transport pallets in a cold storage warehouse.
- Pick and pack food products accurately using RF scanner guns for inventory tracking.
- Unload inbound shipments and stage products in the correct rack locations, as well as load outbound freight.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure product quantities match dispatch and production schedules.
- Work in extremely cold temperatures throughout your shift and maintain warehouse sanitation/housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Experience with stand-up reach is required.
- Ability to stand for the entirety of a 10-to-12-hour shift and perform heavy lifting/manual labor.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS) inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work varied shifts (days, nights, or weekends) and adapt to extended overtime hours based on seasonal and business needs.
