OnTrack Staffing has partnered with our client in on their search for an experienced machine operator to fill temp to hire vacancies in Haslet.
For these positions, you must be able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift and have some type of machine operator experience.
You will be required to setup and operate machines based on specified target levels of throughput, yield, and rework by following all approved production and quality documentation and:
- Ensure that all necessary supplies are continuously available on-hand, and the set-up of the work area is correct for production.
- Ensure proper fill-weights with Quality
- Ensure Production Associates on the machine/production line are performing job duties as assigned
- Verify that the correct packaging material is in use
- Correct all machine errors/stops as quickly as possible.
- Complete all required paperwork that applies to specific areas and products
- Palletize products appropriately
- Identify defective products
- Operate a pallet jack, pallet wrapper, and other required equipment
- Seek continuous improvement
- Other duties as assign
Must be able to commit to training for 2 weeks, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. then go to the Crew D to work.
- Crew D: Night Shift $17.50
Come in on Wednesday night – 12:00 am (MIDNIGHT Thursday) to 6:30 am Thursday then come in Thursday to Saturday – 6:00 pm to 6:30 am

Sunday to Tuesday – 6:00 pm to 6:30 am
Wednesday – 6:00 pm to 12:30 am
