CNC Machinist (Lathe & Mill) – $18–$22 per Hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment, and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Perform quality control (QC) checks to ensure all parts meet required specifications
- Maintain tight tolerances and high standards of accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and operation
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings/prints
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality
- Flexible, creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and consistent attendance is required
