Description: We are seeking MIG Welders to become an integral part of our team!OnTrack offers Weekly Pay, Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance & Referral bonus!Benefits after temporary period: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, Vacation, Life Insurance & Incentive Programs.Shift/Hours:Monday-Friday 5am-230pm or 230pm-1am.Job Summary:Peform a variety of welding, brazing and cutting  techniques using gas and electric welding equipment while observing safety regulations.Job Responsibilities:-Receive instructions for job from area supervisor or leadman.-Fabricate parts by welding various parts as required by using welding techniques and appropriate welding eqiupment.-Clean and prepare surfaces to be welded, sets up, assembles and weld parts.-Maintain a clean and orderly work area.-Meet or exceed production standards.-Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:-Ability pass company entry level welding and tape tests.-Must understand verbal and written orders.-Ability to count and sort products.-Able to read all blue prints and set up welding machines.-Must have manual dexterity skills.-Ability to work independently.-Able to work scheduled shift as well as over time and weekends.-Able to lift 50 pounds.
