Description: We are seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team in Irving, TX and Addison, TX. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.  THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.  Business Development Responsibilities: Prospect  and sell staffing services with general focus on Light Industrial/Manufacturing accounts Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline Close and follow up on sales transactions Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Network and build relationships with new and existing client base Develop and implement effective sales strategies  Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts  Negotiate and close agreements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts  Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities  Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs  Makes phone calls and in person visits and presentation to existing and prospective clients  Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.  Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.  Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.  Discovers and explores business opportunities.  Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.  Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.  Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.  Business Development Manager Qualifications / Skills:  Prospecting and Closing skills  Sales planning and Territory management  Selling to customer’s needs  Market knowledge  Presentation skills  Energy level “hunter mentality”  Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients Prefer previous staffing sales experience with a focus on Light Industrial and Manufacturing accounts Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite  An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics  What do we value?  We are Passionate about what we do.
