We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and producing high-quality products used across utility, recreational, agricultural, construction, and heavy-duty transportation markets.
Position Summary
The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Use measuring tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals.
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Welding certification is a plus but not required.
