We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative for an electronic warehouse in Grapevine, TX.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay: $18 hour
Job Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and customer services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of general office and customer service experience.
- Above excel skills for data analysis.
- Knowledge of computer ordering systems and ability to troubleshoot computer systems as necessary.
- Work well with a team and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing, fulfillment and customer service.
- Respond to interoffice emails and customer emails.
- Generate reports.
- Work in different departments to fulfill customer requests on a timely manner.
- Provide delivery time if request can’t be made on time.
- Keep warehouse organized and clean.
- Lift and move trays up to 20 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
