We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative for an electronic warehouse in Grapevine, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Pay: $18 hour

Job Summary: Responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and customer services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of general office and customer service experience.
  • Above excel skills for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of computer ordering systems and ability to troubleshoot computer systems as necessary.
  • Work well with a team and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing, fulfillment and customer service.
  • Respond to interoffice emails and customer emails.
  • Generate reports.
  • Work in different departments to fulfill customer requests on a timely manner.
  • Provide delivery time if request can’t be made on time.
  • Keep warehouse organized and clean.
  • Lift and move trays up to 20 pounds.
  • Other duties as assigned.
