Job Title: Value Add Associate

Job Summary: The Value Add Associate is responsible for enhancing the value of products through various processes in the distribution warehouse. This role involves handling, inspecting, and modifying plastic products to meet customer specifications and quality standards. The Value Add Associate ensures efficient workflow and supports the overall operations of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Receive, inspect, and process plastic products according to company standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Modification: Perform value-added tasks such as assembly, labeling, packaging, and customization of plastic products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed logs, reports, and documentation related to product modifications and inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy products.
