OnTrack Staffing has partnered with our client in on their search for Inventory Specialist in Irving Texas.
Inventory Specialist/Put Away:
- Receive incoming cellphone shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Inspect devices for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Log devices into inventory management systems with accurate details (e.g., model, IMEI, condition).
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to ensure easy access and tracking.
- Prepare devices for distribution, including packaging and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory workspace.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure inventory needs are met.
- Follow all safety and data security protocols when handling devices.

Educational & Work Requirements:
- GED/High School
- 6months -1 year of Warehouse Experience required.
