Job Title: Traveling Position
Starting Salary: $34K
Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Crew Member. You should be able to help us create memorable events for our clients. you will be reporting and coordinating your day-to-day activities with the Event Manager and Event Planner and should be prepared to travel approximately 1/2 of the time.
Required: VALID, Unexpired Oklahoma Driver's License
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up venues and building props.
- Install various types of equipment.
- Maintain all staged areas during events.
- Review and record the outcome of contests during events.
- Display EXCELLENT customer service skills while addressing customer queries as well as complaints.
- Maintain clear communication and mental stamina.
- Have a strong ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Experience with product creation and assembly is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to handle warehouse equipment and tools.
