About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician- Technician B to join our team, providing services for some of the nation’s largest wireless telecommunications, high-speed internet, and cable providers. In this role, you will perform component-level troubleshooting and repair on electronic circuit boards, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of repair orders and projects.
You will work hands-on with soldering equipment, surface mount technology, and diagnostic tools to identify, repair, and replace defective components. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Training: 1 week on 1st shift (days) provided
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electronic components to the circuit-board level

Perform surface mount soldering on microelectronic components

Utilize multimeters and other diagnostic tools to trace and test voltages

Interpret and work from electronic schematics and circuit diagrams

Ensure all repair orders and projects are completed accurately and on time

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
Required Qualifications

Practical Skills Test required

Proficiency in surface mount soldering (SMT)

Ability to read and analyze electronic schematics

Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools including multimeters

Basic computer literacy

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
