Job Title: Street Department Laborer – Yukon
Location: Yukon, Oklahoma
Schedule: Monday–Friday • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Street Department Laborer to assist with outdoor maintenance, concrete work, asphalt repairs, and general public works tasks. This is a physically demanding role requiring outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform concrete work including mixing, pouring, and finishing
- Assist with asphalt repair and street maintenance
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
- Mow, weed, and perform general grounds maintenance
- Maintain safe work zones and follow traffic control procedures
- Complete daily logs and report progress
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Concrete or road maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and follow work orders
