Job Title: Shop Manager
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Reports To: Operations Leadership Team
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its facility and vehicle fleet. This role is responsible for maintaining the building, ensuring safety compliance, performing light maintenance, and managing the upkeep of company vehicles. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in facility and fleet oversight.


Key Responsibilities:
 Facility Oversight

  • Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Perform or coordinate light maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment.

Fleet Management

  • Oversee general upkeep of company vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, cleaning).
  • Schedule and track routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Maintain records of vehicle service history and repairs.

Site Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
  • Support logistics and operational needs for events or site activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility or fleet management.
  • Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
