Shop Hand / Machine Shop Assistant
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking 2 mechanically inclined Shop Hands / Machine Shop Assistants to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience working in industrial, manufacturing, machine shop, oilfield, assembly, maintenance, or fabrication environments.
The successful candidates will assist with shop operations, material handling, inventory management, assembly support, and machine shop activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shop and production operations
- Pull inventory and materials using part numbers and work orders
- Support machine shop personnel with day-to-day activities
- Use hand tools and assembly tools safely and effectively
- Assist with equipment assembly and disassembly
- Handle, organize, and stage materials for production
- Maintain accurate inventory and materials organization
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on abilities
- Experience using hand and assembly tools
- Knowledge of industrial products and shop practices
- Familiarity with items such as:

- Thread lock
- Grease and lubrication products
- Pipe dope/thread sealants
- Large hand tools and wrenches
- Ability to identify and work with part numbers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Machine shop experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $21.00/hour
- Higher pay may be considered for candidates with strong related experience (up to $25.00-$26.00/hour)
