The Project Industrial Engineer is responsible for planning and executing layout changes, capacity assessments, and strategic projects to support production scalability and efficiency. This role manages plant construction planning, capacity reporting, and digital transformation initiatives, while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and global project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Layout Planning:
1. Plan and track layout setup based on product requirements.
2. Coordinate and monitor progress for new plant construction and build-up activities.
Capacity Management:
1. Lead internal and customer capacity meetings.
2. Prepare and deliver internal/customer capacity assessment reports.
3. Upload D1 product model information into customer systems (e.g., Anaplan).
Project Execution:
1. Implement AI Digital Transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Support parallel implementation of overseas projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with global standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Layout Completion: 100% of layout changes completed on time and aligned with product launch schedules.
• Capacity Accuracy: Maintain ? 98% accuracy in capacity reports and forecasts.
• Customer System Updates: Upload D1 product model data within 24 hours of request.
• Project Delivery: Complete AI digital transformation milestones on time and within budget.
Global Alignment: Zero major deviations in overseas project implementation compared to corporate standards.
• Audit Compliance: No findings related to layout or capacity planning during customer audits.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering.
• Work Experience: 2–5 years in project engineering, layout planning, and capacity management.
• Skills:
o AutoCAD
o Time and motion study
o Lean production concepts
o Other digital tools (MES, ERP, BI dashboards) are a plus
o Strong organizational and communication skills
