Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage manufacturing programs and product development projects

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to meet project goals

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, fixtures, molds, and assemblies

Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in manufacturing operations

Provide hands-on involvement throughout project phases

Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or Supervisor
Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Program Management within a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and gages

Experience with product development and process improvement initiatives

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mechanical, Industrial or Plastics Engineering or related field.
