Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 | Full-Time | On-Site
We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at a well?established manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. About the Role
The Production Manager will oversee all production areas to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are met. This role is responsible for directing workflow, optimizing assembly methods, managing production scheduling, and collaborating closely with other departments to maintain efficient operations. The position includes leadership over multiple departments, including Shipping, Assembly, Machine Shop, Welding, and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support production staff across multiple departments
- Ensure proper workforce and material alignment with production schedules
- Develop and maintain production and quality control standards
- Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for production planning
- Review production reports and resolve operational or equipment issues
- Oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee development
- Maintain compliance with company standards, safety policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years of relevant manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Strong background in industrial, mechanical, or related manufacturing settings
- Experience managing multiple departments and supervisory teams
- Proficiency with ERP systems and common software tools (Excel, Word)
- Must currently reside in the Oklahoma City area (on?site role, not remote)
