Production General Labor
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production General Labor employees to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating machinery, using hand tools, and performing various physical tasks to ensure efficient production while maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Available Shift : Monday-Friday 2pm – 12 midnight pay rate : $ 18.50
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and power hand tools safely and efficiently
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret tape measurements and follow basic work instructions
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and navigate stairs throughout the entire shift
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment

- This is a safety-sensitive position requiring constant attention to safety and surroundings
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and follow safety protocols
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening required
