Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Fluid Water-Based Products Mixer and Batch Maker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixing and batch making of fluid water-based products, along with the ability to work with tanks, pumps, and other equipment. This role requires excellent math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle paperwork and computer work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and batch fluid water-based products according to specified formulas and procedures.
- Operate and maintain tanks, pumps, and other mixing equipment.
- Perform accurate measurements and calculations to ensure product quality.
- Complete necessary paperwork and data entry for batch records.
- Use electric pallet jacks to move materials and products.
- Perform lifting and other physical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mixing and batch making of fluid water-based products.
- Proficiency in working with tanks and pumps.
- Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to handle paperwork and computer work efficiently.
- Experience using electric pallet jacks.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and other physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
