The Freezer Loader is responsible for efficiently and accurately loading outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled freezer environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in cold conditions while following all safety and operational procedures.
Freezer Order Selector Shift
3rd shift 7pm-3:30 am
Key Responsibilities:

Safely load pallets and cases onto trailers according to load sheets and shipping orders

Verify that products are accurately selected, stacked, and wrapped for shipment

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (manual or powered)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading dock and freezer area

Follow all company food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures

Meet productivity and accuracy targets on a daily basis

Work in temperatures averaging -10°F to 0°F (PPE provided)

Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately

Ensure proper pallet placement and trailer loading for weight distribution and load integrity

Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred

Ability to work in cold/freezer environments for extended periods

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

Able to work assigned shift and mandatory overtime as needed

Basic math, reading, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must wear proper PPE at all times (freezer suit, gloves, boots, etc.)
