1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and possibly Sundays depending on workload
Location: Del Valle, TX
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Worker to join our team. The QC Worker is responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our production process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications

Conduct routine quality checks during the production process

Record and report inspection results clearly and accurately

Identify and report any quality issues to supervisors or management

Follow all company safety and hygiene guidelines

Assist in investigations of quality issues and help implement corrective actions

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working on your feet for long periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts

May require standing, walking, lifting (up to 30 lbs), or repetitive movements
