Pick & Pack Associate – Plastic Injection Molding

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Pick & Pack Associate to support daily order fulfillment within our plastic injection molding facility. This position plays an essential role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders according to work orders, pick lists, and production schedules
- Inspect molded plastic parts for basic quality standards (visual checks for defects, counts, labels)
- Accurately pack products using required packaging materials and methods
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, sealing, and staging
- Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Track and record quantities, lot numbers, and order information as required
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet daily deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic ability to read work orders, labels, and instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast?paced environment
