Looking for an NPI Section Head Supervisor in North Fort Worth, Texas. 
Position summary:
Program Management, Technical leadership, Product Launches, Manufacturing, Processes, Engineering Documentation, Product Lifecycle Management, Value Engineering, Design for manufacturing, Cross-functional team leadership, Stakeholder Management.
Key Responsibilities
• Cross-teams cooperation ability: scheduling, tasks allocation, communication, customer audit, training.
• Necessary activities to develop, implement, maintain and improve the quality system, environment and security good practices.
• Introduction and development of new projects.
• Responsible to communicate to top management project status.
• HC responsible.
• NPI KPI responsible.
• Coordinate and support to MPM to prepare the 5 stages of APQP; Plan, Design, Development, Validation & Correct (Phase starting where applicable).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Master Degree is a Plus. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business, Administration is a plus
• Experience of similar position Job as Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years.
• NPI Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI.
• Supervisory or Team Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, overseeing a team of engineers or technicians.
• Department KPI management: At least 4 years of experience.
• Manages and promotes the continuous improvement program (Including Kaizen).: At least 4 years of experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Formulates and maintains Procedures and Project documentation: At least 4 years of experience.
• Technical Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of relevant technical areas such as electrical or mechanical engineering, CAD software, PCBA-SMT regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, creating project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to identify complex project issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Core Tools, IATF,VDA,ISO9001:2015, IMDS.
• Certificate: Project Management, Core tools, VDA.
• Certificate: Risk Management ISO 31000:2018.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage and resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with international suppliers and internal teams.
