Maintenance Technician I – 1st Shift

About the Role
This entry?level Maintenance Technician I position is primarily administrative. Most responsibilities involve managing inventory, paperwork, and scheduling. Light hands-on maintenance tasks may be assigned but are not the main focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory control and restocking parts
- Requesting and tracking vendor quotes
- Completing maintenance paperwork and documentation
- Creating and closing work orders
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with computers and basic office tasks
- Willingness to support both administrative and light maintenance work
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must be able to perform tasks such as: climbing a ladder, use of aerial platforms, repetitively pushing or pulling with arms in any position including overhead, and lifting 50 pounds intermittently as needed. The employee must have a reasonable range of motion and strength of all extremities and spinal segments as determined by a physical exam. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
