Maintenance Supervisor needed in Fort Worth Texas.  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Read and understand electrical schematics

  • Read mechanical / machined part blueprints

  • Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot electronic circuits
  • Ability to run conduit and wire per NEC and code.
  • Perform preventative lubrication and inspection of all machines and equipment within a scheduled time period
  • Identify machine malfunctions to prevent machine breakdown
  • Ability to schedule repairs with ops leaders
  • Diagnose and repair all electrical and mechanical problems in assigned area
  • Schedule job orders
  • Direct team members on daily work orders and preventative schedules.
  • Work with ladders and scissor lifts
  • Flexibility of work hours including mandatory overtime when business needs requires.
  • Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
  • Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in a concise, polite and respectful manner with team members.
  • Quickly and efficiently diagnose, repair, and return down equipment to production’
  • Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment. Following work orders.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
  • Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.
  • Follow Standard Work or other documented processes.
  • Follow all OSHA requirements, along with Specific Lock Out Tag Out procedures

  • 8-10 hour  day shift 5am start time
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Manufacturing Maintenance: 4 year (Preferred)
