About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Experience Representative. This is a key role in our business, serving as the primary link between our customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while supporting the accurate and efficient administration of customer orders from initial enquiry through production and delivery. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely communication, accurate information, and effective solutions throughout the order process.
Inside Sales Customer Experience Representative Key Responsibilities
•Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
•Build positive customer relationships by providing accurate, timely, and solutions-focused support.
•Respond to inquiries regarding window shade products, specifications, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
•Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customer and sales enquiries.
•Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP system.
•Review order information for accuracy and identify potential issues before orders move into production.
•Track orders throughout the production and delivery process and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
•Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Logistics to help ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.
•Investigate customer concerns, resolve issues where possible, and escalate complex matters appropriately.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.
•Prepare invoices, purchase orders, quotes, and other customer or administrative documentation.
•Support the Sales Team with customer follow-ups, order updates, account administration, and promotional activities.
•Assist with general office administration and maintain a professional and organized working environment.
•Welcome and assist visitors to the facility in a professional and friendly manner when required.
•Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes, communication, and administrative efficiency.
•Maintain a close, collaborative working relationship with the Sales Team to provide real-time customer service, respond promptly to enquiries, and ensure accurate communication throughout the customer order process.
What You’ll Bring
Required:
•High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or a similar role.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
•A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to customer service.
•Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
•A professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
•Manufacturing experience is highly desired.
