Human Resource Coordinator
Salary: $27-$32 hour
Location: Denton, TX
Monday: Friday 8am-5pm
Job Summary
Reporting to the Safety Director, the Human Resources Coordinator will manage HR tasks in our high-energy construction environment, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
•  Handle recruitment, from job postings to interviews, for construction roles.
•  Coordinate onboarding, including safety training and policy compliance.
•  Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
•  Support payroll and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
•  Assist with employee relations and training programs.
•  Provide HR support to the Safety Director.
Qualifications and Skills
•  Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
•  3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in construction.
•  Strong organizational and communication skills.
•  Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
•  Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP) and Microsoft Office.
•  Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
•  Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
