Job Title: Accounts Payable and Purchasing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Purchasing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing purchases, and generating reports within a large financial system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit a high volume of invoices and purchase orders with precision.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and adherence to strict deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in interactions with internal departments and external vendors/consultants.
  • Supervise financial and clerical teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Accounts Payables and Purchasing.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high volumes of transactions.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience leading financial and clerical teams.
  • Solid understanding of organizational, managerial, and administrative principles.
  • Proficiency in standard budgeting and finance procedures.
  • Advanced skills in analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft software.

Salary: $29.56 per hour
