The Dry Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting dry grocery products in a warehouse environment to fulfill customer orders. The position requires attention to detail, ability to meet performance standards, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Dry Selector Available Shifts: Sun-Thur 12pm-9:30pm or 1pm-9:30pm or 4pm-12:30 am
Dry Selector Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and palletize dry grocery items based on customer orders using a voice-pick system or RF scanner.

Ensure all items are correctly labeled, stacked, and shrink-wrapped for transport.

Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.

Report any inventory discrepancies or product damages to the supervisor immediately.

Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner.

Work in compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and OSHA regulations.

Support warehouse team in general labor tasks as needed.
Dry Selector Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1 + year of warehouse or order selection experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with warehouse systems and technology (voice pick, RF scanners) is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.

Must be able to work in varying temperatures depending on the season.

Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
