OnTrack Staffing has partnered with our client in on their search for a Customer service / Inside sales representative.  

Location: Aubrey, TX
Pay: $22-$26 hour
Schedule: 8am-430pm

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer quote inquiries, write purchase orders, review templates, follow up with customer through delivered product, resolve warranty issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of project development and revisions including project schedules/timelines and forecasting.
  • Engage with technical department to ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details. Identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Communicate customer priorities to CAD programmer, Production Manager, and Operations support, as necessary.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual project analysis and tracking.
  • Provide effective direction and guidance (written and verbal) to the team assigned to meet project expectations.
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer.
  • Help grow existing accounts by fostering professional working relationships while supporting sales team as a technical resource during soliciting of new business.
  • Report customer feedback with regard to our company's performance.
  • Meet project goals and objectives as defined by leadership.

Education & Experience:

  • Educational or work experience/knowledge with technical projects preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of project or sales coordination preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced mathematical skills. Calculating percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately.
