Customer Service Representative
Payrate will be $18hr., 1st shift (7am-3:30pm, mandatory overtime, based off business needs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our warehouse and distribution operations. This role works closely with warehouse teams and customers to ensure orders, shipments, and inventory are handled accurately and efficiently. This position will report to the CSR Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about orders, shipments, inventory, and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory tasks.
- Enter and update order information in warehouse and customer systems.
- Solve issues related to shipping delays, inventory shortages, or system errors.
- Provide regular updates to customers and respond to inquiries quickly.
- Support reporting and tracking for service levels and performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
- Familiar with warehouse processes like receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organization skills.
