OnTrack Staffing is supporting a Global Tech Manufacturing Leader, working with advanced hardware and sophisticated supply chain systems. We are looking for Material Handlers in North Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a key role in production continuity by ensuring accurate and timely material flow.
Material Handler Available Shift
- 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm $16 hourly pay rate
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; report discrepancies or damage
- Store materials in designated zones
- Pick, stage, and transport materials to production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and support full physical inventories
- Document material movements using ERP or WMS systems; update records promptly
- Handle returns, non-conforming items, and scrap material per established procedures; collaborate with quality or purchasing teams
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and conduct daily safety inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a tidy workspace
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year’s experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Certification and hands-on experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills; familiarity with ERP/WMS preferred [
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Extended standing/walking; some bending and stretching
- Exposure to manufacturing noise, temperature variations; use of PPE required. Steel Toe boots during the construction phase
