Description: We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) OnSite Staffing Recruiter in Fort Worth TX You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Must be able to work 8am-6pm Monday-Friday with occasional 5:30 am check ins  contact beth.rennecker@otstaffing.com 972-454-4414  Source, Recruit and screen employees administrative tasks employee onboarding Conduct shift check ins Walk the warehouse floor coach and counsel employees Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Coordinate events focused on employee recognition Accurately maintain employee files Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting or Staffing is a plus Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills valid driver license Ability for critical thinking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Flexible and reliable work ethic
