Description:  OnTrack staffing is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our team. This position will handle all injuries and unemployment claims for OnTrack Staffing nationwide. contact beth.rennecker@otstaffing.com 972-454-4414 JOB DUTIES Responsible for investigating instances of fraud or unethical work practices to determine whether immediate action needs to take place. Communicate with Leadership, Site Managers and staff reviewing operations procedures, employee data or market trends. Monitor workplace safety, operational procedures, financial decisions and legal compliance. Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports and market trends. Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizations services and departments. Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols; makes recommendations and implements modifications and improvements. Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures. Reviews and analyzes metrics and data that could uncover fraudulent behavior Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to Executive Leadership and Senior Staff Other duties as directed SUMMARY The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of Risk Management Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong supervisory and Leadership skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.
