Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Palletizers to join the production warehouse team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the potential for long-term employment with a company that values teamwork, reliability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Stack and wrap finished cases of salsa products onto pallets for shipment

Ensure products are labeled and organized according to order and shipment requirements

Prepare pallets for loading and transport

Inspect pallets for accuracy and stability before shipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Assist with general warehouse tasks and follow all food safety and quality procedures
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or palletizing experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Must be able to work the full schedule and meet productivity goals
