Position Summary:
The Production Line Worker plays a crucial role in the production of customer orders by performing various tasks such as plating, packaging, de-boxing, blending, and sanitation. This fast-paced position requires team members to work in a refrigerated environment throughout their shift.
Shift Schedule:
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM or 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation: $14.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and regularly with team members and leaders.
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Safely and sanitarily decant or remove products from packaging.
- Perform equipment sanitation to meet food safety and sanitation standards.
- Portion ingredients into customer meals efficiently as they move along the production line.
- Inspect meals for proper labeling and quality standards.
- Package meal trays from the production line into cases and palletize them for storage and shipping.
- Conduct routine and periodic cleaning of the plant environment.
- Maintain pace with the production environment to meet goals safely.
- Consistently produce safe and high-quality work output.
- Work in a kitchen environment with temperatures ranging from 30-70 degrees, free from outside weather conditions.
