OnTrack Staffing is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator in Lewisville, TX. 

Available Shift
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30 pm $20-$21 hourly pay rate

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance regarding Human Resources policy and procedure as directed by the HR Manager. Provide administrative support regarding all HR functions as well as maintain positive employee relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with employee relations, policies and procedures as it relates to questions from supervisors and employees.
• Assist with tracking departmental metrics and reporting.
• Exercise individual judgment when dealing with potential issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Assist and advise employees and managers regarding contractual agreements, leaves of absence, benefits and HR policies / procedures within federal, state, local and company guidelines as needed.
• Translation of company policies and communications.
• Assist with other areas of HR as needed (payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and unemployment).
• Interact with and supply information to management, job applicants, and all other employees as needed.
• Assist with coordinating employee events and recognition programs.
• Support facility objectives to build and maintain a culture emphasizing safety, teamwork, production, quality, continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Director.
Education / Experience / Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
• Bi-lingual in Spanish required
• HRIS user experience preferred (i.e., Ceridian Dayforce, ADP, UltiPro, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong team building
• Strong organization and time management skills
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally, during normal work week.

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in an office environment. Typical office environment / climate controlled during majority of workday. While on the factory floor the noise level is loud, not climate-controlled, thus summer heat and winter cold are conditions that should be expected and PPE requirements adhered to when on the production floor.
