Description: Responsible for operating a clamp lift truck, ensuring that product and supplies are transported properly and according to specifications. This opportunity is focused on developing your skills for long-term success with our client. Must have at least 6 months recent experience using a clamp attachment.    · Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards.  · Complete pre-shift OSHA inspection and related paperwork on forklift truck; clean truck as outlined in procedure.  · Follow all PPE policies, wearing safety vests, etc. as required.  · Pull finished products in production areas.  · Take cartons and pallets to assigned area.  · Maintain documentation on raw material and finished product moves.  · Responsible for filling propane tank on tow motor.  · Minimize waste of product.  · Meet/achieve production goals set forth by management.  · Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.    Candidate Requirements:  · High school diploma, GED, or applicable work experience  · One to three years of experience driving a forklift using a clamp attachment  · Ability to do basic math skills  · Ability to operate RF scanner system; previous experience preferred  · Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in English  · Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work  · Excellent attendance at current or previous employment is a MUST · Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds    Shift:  · 1st Shift Start: 6:00 am End: 3:30 pm  · 2nd Shift Start: 4:00 pm End: 12:30 am  *PEAK: All shifts will add 2 hours work – creating a 12 hour shift during peak seasons, as needed- ADD 2 hours to end of regularly schedule shift.
