Shift/Hours: Must be flexible between Monday-Saturday 6am-6pm. Job Responsibilties:-Perform production and assemblies following SOP(standard operating procedures) to area quality standards while meeting hourly production goals.-May use hand tools and/or various types of equipment.-May be setting stones on rings, brush or polish on a fast moving wheel, assembly, filing and pulling completed parts, kitting orders, packing and/or inspection. -Learn and maintain skills in several functions required for production and assemblies.-Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:-Work with others in a team environment.-Read and accurately interpret shop copy information.-Have an understanding of the production workflow.-Have good hand/eye coordination.-Good communication skills.-Able to priortize work.-Be able to sit, stand or walk 95% of the work day.-Wear and use necessary protective equipment.-Work scheduled hours to include overtime.
